The ideal candidate should possess 8-12 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in leadership of a Creative marketing vertical. They should have demonstrated editorial leadership, directing a team of Creative Writers and Post Production specialists to achieve business goals.
A passion for content and storytelling, particularly in Fiction (Branded or Original Content), is crucial. The candidate should be a keen observer and consumer of Global Content, driven to market new stories to a diverse audience. Additionally, adaptability to data-driven decision-making, agility in responding to business priorities, and the ability to guide the creative team towards high performance are essential attributes for this role.
