Perfman HR was a startup started out of a spare room of the home of the founders.

in the year 2009, armed with a just a couple of clients and wiser after a couple of misguided adventures with earlier partners, Sonal Aurora founded Perfman HR with a team of young recruitment professionals as a proprietorship company. We have come a long way since then and over the years we have grown into a reputed recruitment company that goes the last mile in meeting the talent needs of the HR departments of diverse industries all over India.

Where it all began

In the year 2009, the company began operations serving a handful of clients that included Tata Trent, Shoppers Stop and Sony Entertainment Television. The foundation stone was laid and everyone rolled up their sleeves and got to work in order to build an enterprise that would be known for quality of work and precise research and search practices.

2011

Moved to a swanky office

Encouraged by the steady stream of work flowing in from the growing roster of clients, the company moves into a large fully equipped office in Andheri West. The workplace has become bigger and swankier and the employee headcount increases but the work culture remains the same – incisive, detail–oriented and consistent. Sonal develops her own methodology for success and encodes the same into a set of processes that every new employee at Perfman HR is tutored in.

Work, celebrations and fun at Perfman HR go hand in hand and everyone from the Janitor to the CEO of the company plays an equal role in the success and growth of the company.

2017

Undergoes Rebranding and New Website

The old giveth way to the new. As always it is always a good idea to shake things up a little with the passage of time and phase out the rusty parts and components. In the year 2017, Perfman HR decides to change the old logo which had become a little jaded and introduce a more modern logo that reflects the changing times. Also the old website has been dumped and instead a new responsive mobile-friendly website with a host of information and user-friendly features is launched. Apart from the cosmetic changes, a new set of tools and benchmarks are also introduced within the inner workings of the company. Be prepared to see a new face of Perfman HR from now onwards. But you can rest assured that though a lot has changed over the years at Perfman HR – employees, new clients, standards and practices etc., our story and our core set of values will always remain the same and will never change!
